Week one: (06/05-06/08)
Monday (06/05)

Tuesday (06/06)

Water-level test: (Preoperational Stage)
- In this test, two cups contain the same amount of water. When the two cups of water are poured into two different containers, one wide and one thin/tall, our students said that the water in the thinner container had more water (probably because it had a higher water level). See video below.
- Most of our students were unable to comprehend that the properties of the substances continued to remain the same (conservation), and this is natural at this age. Conservation is the awareness that altering a substance's appearance does not change its basic properties. Source: WIKI
- After some more explanation, many students were able to grasp the concept that the amount of water remained the same after the transfer despite the differently shaped containers.

Wednesday (06/07)
- Chinese worksheet. Students need to read the questions and answer to their working partner. Students also need to tell their partner why the answer is correct or incorrect.

Thursday (06/08)
- Chinese worksheet. We did 3 worksheet today.
- Activity:
- play Chinese games.
- Draw a picture make sentences about a animal. (See pictures and videos below.)
- Reading. Share what they wrote with others. (See videos below.)

Week two (06/12-06/15):
Monday (06/12)
- Chinese worksheet.
- Chinese Flash Cards activities: (See videos below)
- 1. A student holds flash cards and all students read out loud.
- 2. Teacher puts flash cards on every desk. All students walk around the desks and read flash cards.
- 3. A student holds a flash card and another student reads the flash card. Students also need to ask and answer a "why" question according to each flash card.
- 4. Flash card reading game. (See first video below.)
- Math worksheet.

- Chinese worksheet. When students completed the worksheet they need to check answers with partners. Students need to ask why the answer is correct or not. (See videos below)

Week three (06/19-06/22):
Monday (06/19)
- Mandarin Matrix Story Garden worksheet page 6-10(Unit 4). Students need to read the questions and answer to their working partner. Students also need to tell their partner why the answer is correct or incorrect.

Tuesday (06/20)
- Mandarin Matrix Story Garden worksheet page 11-15(Unit 4). Students need to read the questions and answer to their working partner. Students also need to tell their partner why the answer is correct or incorrect.
- Sentence reconstruction game. (Computer game.)
- Sentence reconstruction writing. Students need to write correct sentence on their worksheet.
- Chinese games.
- Math game. Three students play together. Two students hold a number card on their head without watching it and the third students add the sum up and say the sum. students who hold the card on their head will need to guess the number on their hand. Student who guess the number on the card first is the winner.
