- Our first Parent Teacher Conference is on Wednesday and Thursday (Nov. 2 & 3).
- Please have your children with you when attending this conference.
- The first 5 minutes, parents, student, Mrs. Anderson, and I will meet together. I can only speak Chinese because students are here.
- The second 5 minutes, I will ask your child some questions in Chinese and your child will need to respond in Chinese. I will evaluate your children’s performance (base on the questions I ask.). I will give parents the evaluation sheet (with both in Chinese and English). On the sheet, you will see C, CW, and G. C means can do which students can do it by themselves; CW means can do with teacher's help; and G refers goals to be reached.
- The rest of 5 minutes, students will leave so we can discus student’s goals in English.

- We practice addition and subtraction.
- Math game; Three students play together. Two students hold a card on their head and one student add two numbers together. Two students need to subtract the number and say what number is on his/her head.
