- The first test is YCT test (the 8th YCT) on Thursday (04/06). The quiz questions will be on YCT (Youth Chinese Test) Level one vocabulary words (For listening part and reading part): The YCT is an international standardized test of Chinese language proficiency. It assesses young students' abilities to use Chinese in their daily and academic lives. The YCT level one test consists of a listening and reading test. (What is YCT? Please click HERE for more information.)
- The second test is Mandarin Matrix Reading and Writing test (the 2nd MM) on Friday (04/07). There are four parts in the test: 1. Vocabulary Picture Matching = 2 points each (12). 2. Picture Q & A Sentence Matching= 7 points each (28). 3. Fill-In the Blank Box = 5 points each (45). 4. Reading Comprehension = 12.5 points each (25). We will focus more on 4. reading comprehension part.
